Hesaid to the officials that he had long thought of making the people of thecountry bounded by the sea benefit from sea-related civilization and decided tobuild a world-class cultural recreation centre for the people in Myongsasimni (4km-longstretch of beautiful sand) on the Kalma peninsula, which is perfect in allaspects.
