Pyongyang, January 9 (KCNA) -- Pak Thae Song received a congratulatory message from Pham Minh Chinh, prime minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on December 30, 2024 upon his appointment as premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
In the message, Pham Minh Chinh noted that the traditional relations of friendship between Vietnam and the DPRK, personally provided and cultivated by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kim Il Sung with much effort, have been steadily consolidated and developed.
Expressing belief that the cooperative relations between Vietnam and the DPRK would continue to dynamically develop thanks to the common interests and efforts of the leaders and peoples of the two countries and contribute to keeping peace, stability and cooperation in the region and the rest of the world, he wished the premier success in his new job. -0-
