Dmitri Peskov, the Russian president’s press secretary, decried the Ukrainian forces’ attempt to attack the Russkaya compressor section in Krasnodar at a press conference on January 13.
He said that the current attempt is, in essence, an extension of terrorist line that the Ukrainian authorities have clung since a long time ago under the supervision of their “colleagues” over the ocean.
He asserted that such an attempt has posed a threat to European consumers.
Earlier on January 11, the Ukrainian forces attacked the compressor section in Krasnodar, which ensures the operation of gas pipeline “Turkish stream” with nine drones in a bid to stop the gas delivery to Europe. But they were all reportedly shot down by the Russian anti-aircraft units.
