Recently, the appearance of regions has been transformed beyond recognition day by day thanks to the boundless devotion of the benevolent father who has set it as his lifelong mission and the most important work of the Party and the state to promote the people’s happiness and well-being and unfolds socialist paradises, in which all the people would enjoy happiness, and comprehensive efflorescence of national rejuvenation.

The news that the regional-industry factories were built splendidly in different parts of the country including Jaeryong, Sukchon, Unpha and Kyongsong counties from the outset of this year in the wake of the inauguration ceremony of the regional-industry factories held in December last year reminds the people of the meaningful words the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un said when he went round the newly-built factories in Jaeryong County.

The inauguration ceremonies for the regional-industry factories held one after another in 20 cities and counties including Songchon and Jaeryong counties as a fruition of sincere efforts rendered for the people last year were an auspicious event of the whole country that gives great pleasure to the people who have started the worthwhile journey in the new year.

What a touching instruction!

We recollect with deep emotion an unforgettable story.

One day in January last year, the General Secretary was so concerned about the content of the decision of the plenary meeting of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea which specified to put the regional-industry factories to be built in only some counties onto the level of those in Kimhwa County and step up preparations for future construction in the remaining cities and counties. He stressed that he was going to make our Party keep hold on the construction of modern regional industry factories in 20 counties every year as an unerring policy task, carry it out successfully on such level as Kimhwa County and thus raise on one stage the basic material and cultural living standards of the people in all cities and counties and, in another word, across the country within ten years, he adding:

In addition to the line for rural prosperity, I am going to call this policy of our Party to develop onto a higher stage the basic material and cultural living standards of regional people across the country at the earliest date possible by pushing forward with the regional industrial development "regional development 20×10 policy", and push ahead with its implementation. …

Indeed, the ardent sincerity of our great father who is making endless devotion for our people is our happy life and is bringing about a brighter future.

That is not all.

Dairy products our children enjoy every day as well as their school uniforms and school things, and the basic foodstuffs and daily necessities, show the ardent sincerity of the respected General Secretary who is devoting himself to the people.

Such touching realities that the leader dedicates his sincerity to the people and the people enjoy happiness thanks to his ardent devotion are an epic of the great love that can be heard only in our country led by the General Secretary who upholds the people as Heaven and brings flowers into bloom even on a rock for them.

Every happiness we enjoy on this land is associated with the ardent sincerity of our father who devotes his all to the people.
