Speech of Encouragement Touches All
On March 15, last year, the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un attended the commissioning ceremony of the Kangdong Greenhouse Complex.
That day, he made a significant address encouraging the service personnel of the Korean People’s Army who built the greenhouse complex.
In his address, he said that the the soldier-builders had taken much trouble indeed.
And he continued:
The traces of your hard-fought struggle in this transformed Kangdong area have already disappeared.
However, your staunch revolutionary spirit, outstanding wisdom and strenuous efforts buried under this creation will live as a model for the coming generations, I believe.
The respected General Secretary, always thinking of people first, devotes his all for the sake of people. However, he ascribed all those successes to the soldier-builders.
Thanks to his great trust in them, our KPA soldiers fully demonstrate the revolutionary spirit of heroic army in every sector of socialist construction.
Warm Blessing
On April 16, last year, the respected General Secretary attended the inauguration ceremony of 10 000 flats at second stage in Hwasong area and cut the inauguration tape.
The year before last year, he had pressed the detonator to declare the start of the second-stage 10 000 flats construction project in the Hwasong area, and visiting the construction site, he guided in detail even the final project of the construction.
On the day of inauguration ceremony, he expressed great expectations and belief that the reliable builders of the capital who built more than 30 000 modern flats in a matter of three years would as ever successfully attain the next-stage goals of the five-year plan for the capital city construction advanced at the Eighth Party Congress with pure patriotism and loyalty and revolutionary mettle so as to turn the capital Pyongyang into a world-class civilized city fit for the might of a powerful Korea in name and reality.
Then he warmly wished happiness to all the families who received the new flats in Rimhung Street in auspicious April.
The ordinary workers who moved into new splendid houses burst with emotion that they live in paradise full of the respected General Secretary’s warm blessing.
Such touching stories can be heard from not only the Hwasong area but other places including farms and mountainy villages.
Our people regard his warm blessings as the greatest asset which can be compared for nothing in the world.
