Pyongyang, February 6 (KCNA) -- Myongsasimni in the East Sea of Korea is being turned into a wonderful maritime park for the people and a world-level tourist resort, thanks to the sacred political idea, outlook on development, high ambition and ideal of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Myongsasimni on the Kalma peninsula, known as a scenic spot of Korea from ancient times, has taken its shape as a spectacular coastal tourist town of Korean-style with the construction of modern hotels, hostels, sea-bathing service facilities, diverse sports and recreation service facilities, commercial and public catering establishments and other service facilities.
The great change of the Kalma Coastal Resort is a brilliant fruition of the energetic leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is ushering in a new era of eye-opening changes and cultural efflorescence to be envied by the world people, with his distinguished ideas and theory on architecture and devoted service for the people's wellbeing.
He personally took all measures, ranging from the formation of a powerful construction force to the supply of materials, to finish the construction of the Kalma Coastal Resort at the highest level, and organized and guided the whole process of the construction of tourist town in the vanguard as a designer, builder and operator.
He made a ceaseless journey of devoted service for the people's wellbeing till the last days of December 2024. Looking round the completed major service facilities at the tourist resort, he said that the service capability and level constitute the value of a tourist attraction and an important factor decisive of its prospect, and gave precious guidelines on managing and operating the service facilities on a regular basis.
The waves of the East Sea of Korea have formed only four kilometer-long sandy beach on the Kalma peninsula for a long time, but the WPK's wise leadership brought beautiful scenery of paradise to the peninsula, to be full of the people's happiness and laughter, in a few years. -0-
