Pyongyang, February 7 (KCNA) -- Full-length novel "Peak of Immortality", a part of the serial "Immortal Guidance", was published in the DPRK.
On the basis of the facts, the novel deals with the exploits of Chairman Kim Jong Il who made sure that the world of the noble obligation of our Party for the revolutionary soldiers is handed down through generations and trained the younger generation to be heroes of the era who cherished the revolutionary spirit and soul of Paektu as their faith.
The Chairman, who unfolded a far-reaching plan to successfully reconstruct and expand the Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery on Mt Taesong so that the history of President Kim Il Sung 's love for and trust in the revolutionary soldiers is given steady continuity, gives energetic guidance so that the project is completed on the highest level.
Many young people who participated in the project for the reconstruction and expansion of the cemetery grow up to be true revolutionaries faithfully supporting the intention of the Workers' Party of Korea.
The Chairman sees to it that the monument inscribed with the autograph of Kim Il Sung was erected at the cemetery so that the cemetery could shine not only as a base for education in the revolutionary traditions but also as a peak of immortality, a reflection of the noble sense of obligation of the Korean revolutionaries.
The novel ends with the scene where Kim Il Sung who were writing reminiscences "With the Century" climbs Jujak Peak at midnight and feels convinced that the future of the Korean revolution is rosy and will always emerge victorious and glorious as it is led by Kim Jong Il . -0-
