People's delegations composed of senior Party and government officials, officials of ministries, national agencies and local Party and power organs visited units of the Korean People's Army on the occasion of the Day of Army Founding.
Service personnel gladly greeted the members of the delegations who brought the warm sincerity of all the people for the sons and daughters in the posts who are spending the days of honourable service on the defence line of the country and major worksites of socialist construction.
The members of the people's delegations warmly congratulated the service personnel on the founding anniversary of the KPA.
They informed the soldiers, who are reliably defending the inviolable territory, territorial waters and airspace of the DPRK as befitting the armed forces of the Workers' Party of Korea and the vanguard of the class, of the news of their hometowns undergoing changes day by day. They also told about the labour feats of the people in the rear who are dynamically waging the patriotic movement and the drive for increased production for implementing the decisions of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party Korea.
Seeing the reliable and stout servicepersons who are stepping up the combat and political training to glorify this year marking the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 80th anniversary of national liberation as a year of bringing about a decisive turn in bolstering up the military capabilities and rounding off the combat preparations, they cherished once again that the safety of the country and the happiness of the people are firmly defended thanks to the powerful revolutionary army remaining absolutely loyal to and obeying the Party's orders and instructions.
Feeling the warm sincerity of the members of the people's delegations, the service personnel of the KPA renewed their will to perform proud feats in the sacred struggle for the eternal prosperity of the state and the well-being of the people, always remembering the expectations and requests of the country and the people.
