83rd birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il celebrated in China
A meeting was held in Beijing of China on the 14th to celebrate the 83rd birth anniversary of the great leader Kim Jong Il.
Present at the meeting were families of those related to the anti-Japanese revolution, personages of the Association for International Friendly Contact and other units of China, the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to China and staff members of his embassy.
The participants laid a floral basket before the portraits of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and paid homage to them.
Speeches were made at the meeting.
Zhou Wei, daughter of Zhou Baozhong, Feng Songguang, son of Feng Zhongyun, Yu Ming, son of Li Zaide, Yue Zhiyun, granddaughter of Zhang Weihua, and Shang Xiaowei, son of Shang Yue, praised Kim Jong Il as a prominent leader who rendered immortal services to the Korean revolution, the socialist cause of the world and the development of the DPRK-China friendly relations.
They affirmed that thanks to Comrade Kim Jong Un, the desire of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il will surely come true and the socialist cause of Korea will win a great victory, and sincerely wished the DPRK prosperity and its people happiness.
