Groundbreaking Ceremony of Regional-industry Factories and Grain Management Station of Hwangju County for Regional Development 20×10 Policy Held in DPRK

A grand project for regional transformation started in Hwangju County, North Hwanghae Province of the DPRK, to bring about greater progress and rich successes in 2025.
A groundbreaking ceremony of regional-industry factories and a grain management station in Hwangju County took place on the spot on Wednesday.
Present there were officials of the Party and power organs and working people in North Hwanghae Province and Hwangju County and soldier-builders.
Pak Chang Ho, chief secretary of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, addressed the ceremony.
He noted that at the Eleventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth WPK Central Committee, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un made sure that the three essential projects were formally included in the Party’s new regional development policy, and has led the historic great cause of regional transformation, which the Korean people had pictured for decades only as ideal, to be steadily expanded in depth.
He said that the first advanced grain management station is to be simultaneously built together with the construction of regional-industry factories in Hwangju County this year when the regional development policy has entered a new stage thanks to the crucial decision of the Party Central Committee.
He said that the creations of the regional-industry revolution to be built in Hwangju County would make the people closer to new civilization and prosperity and further prove the advantages of Korean-style socialism.
He called upon all the soldier-builders, officials and working people to steadily carry forward the great age of regional rejuvenation for the civilization of the country and the happy life of the people, true to the ideology and leadership of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un.
Commander of the 124th Regiment of the Korean People’s Army made a speech of pledge.
Amid the excitement and joy of the people, who would enjoy a happy life under the warm loving care and benevolence of the great father, filled at the ceremony venue, the soldier-builders started the projects, operating construction equipment at full capacity.
