On receiving a report about this, Chairman Kim Jong Il called relevant officials and inquired what her diagnosis was and what measures had been taken to treat her.
Learning that medical workers had failed to make a definite diagnosis, he said with a worried expression on his face: It is important to confirm her diagnosis as soon as possible; only then, can we take corresponding measures; she was usually in good health; I wonder why she fell ill so suddenly.
An official said that the shooting of her part would be finished in a day or two and suggested that full-scale treatment of her could be started after the shooting was over.
Kim Jong Il dismissed his suggestion, saying that her treatment should not be delayed even a moment, let alone a day or two, and instructed that competent doctors should be sent for as soon as possible so that they could make a definite diagnosis and take relevant measures.
Then he called a senior official of the public health sector and gave him a task of organizing a check-up of her and taking prompt measures to treat her.
Under his deep concern, the actress regained her health.
