Pyongyang, March 17 (KCNA) -- The regional construction for the new year, that will further enrich the successes of the first-stage pioneering struggle for the comprehensive development of socialism, is progressing apace in the DPRK.
Thanks to the devoted efforts of all the service personnel of the Korean People's Army and builders to accelerate the comprehensive national prosperity through regional rejuvenation, true to the intention of the great Workers' Party of Korea Central Committee, the foundation excavation projects for the construction of regional-industry factories in Taegwan, Paechon and Puryong counties and Kaephung District and a hospital and a leisure complex in Kangdong County were completed and the foundation projects are being dynamically pushed forward at construction theaters across the country.
