Pyongyang, March 18 (KCNA) -- The immediate tilling of paddy and non-paddy fields is progressing apace in the rural areas of North Hwanghae Province, DPRK.
Farms in Hwangju and Sohung counties have rationally allocated manpower and means and introduced efficient working methods suited to the conditions of fields.
Kumchon and Thosan counties have tilled a large area of farm fields while raising the enthusiasm for socialist emulation among farms, workteams and sub-workteams.
Agricultural workers in Koksan and Suan counties are carrying out their daily schedule by ensuring concentration in the use of tillage means while setting proper order after examining the soil tilt.
Farms in Singye and Yonsan counties have concentrated farm machines and increased the responsibility and role of tractor drivers to prevent the formation of wild land and headland, thus tilling a large area of paddy and non-paddy fields every day.
The mechanized workers in Sariwon City and Junghwa County have ensured the ploughing depth as required by technical regulations.
