The embassy of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Russia gave a reception on the 19th on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the conclusion of the agreement on economic and cultural cooperation between the DPRK and the Russian Federation.
Invited to the reception were Vice-Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko and other personages of the government, the Federal Assembly and institutions of Russia including the Stat Duma, the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Transport.
Present there were Sin Hong Chol, DPRK Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia, and staff members of his embassy.
The participants laid a floral basket and bouquets before a picture of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and paid homage to them.
Then, they looked round the pictures showing the noble revolutionary lives and exploits of the great leaders and the immortal exploits performed by the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations and photographs showing the inexhaustible might and remarkable development of the DPRK.
Speeches were made at the reception.
