Pyongyang, March 25 (KCNA) -- Hundreds of women's union members in South Hamgyong Province of the DPRK have volunteered to work at honorable posts of socialist construction.
Many women's union members in the Komdok area advanced into worksites of creation and innovation with their high enthusiasm to contribute to increasing the mineral production and sprucing up a mine town better.
Those in Tanchon City volunteered to work at the foodstuff factory and the chemical goods factory seething with a drive for increased production and economy.
Women's union primary officials and housewives in Sangnong Workers' District of Hochon County, too, vowed to work at production sites.
Addresses and speeches were made at congratulatory meetings held in relevant regions.
Performances were given for the volunteers, and officials and women's union members saw off those women leaving for new revolutionary posts, presenting bouquets to them. -0-
