Pyongyang, August 21 (KCNA) -- In order to glorify this significant year as a watershed of history which holds the most brilliant place in the history of leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea, it is necessary to increase the fighting efficiency and function of the Party organizations at all levels in every way, says Rodong Sinmun in an article on August 21.

The fighting efficiency of all the Party organizations is the invincible strength of the ever-victorious Workers' Party of Korea, the article says, and goes on:

Only when all the Party organizations fully demonstrate their militant might, can a great heyday of strengthening the Party be ushered in, and can the Party's plan and decision be translated into a brilliant entity, and can the Party's cause advance along the road of victory.

The role of Party organizations is very important in consolidating the revolutionary political climate in the Party with the monolithic ideology and leadership as the core and strengthening the single-hearted unity of the revolutionary ranks with the Party Central Committee as the single centre in every way.

The WPK's practical ability to concentrate and mobilize all the mental strength and creative ability of the masses to implement the scientific policies clarified in conformity with the law of the developing revolution, specific situation of the country and aspiration of our people is incomparably powerful.

In order to lead the lines and policies set forth by the Party to brilliant reality one by one, Party organizations should redouble their fighting efficiency.

The present struggle to implement the decisions of the eleventh and twelfth plenary meetings of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea serves as an effective occasion for verifying the fighting efficiency of Party organizations.

Steadfast is the will of the WPK to dynamically open up a new phase of building the ruling party which is strong in discipline and full of a revolutionary climate, regarding this significant year marking the 80th anniversary of the founding of the party as a year of establishing the revolutionary climate of the party and strengthening the whole party.

All the party organizations should firmly keep their responsibility and mission before the times and revolution and redouble their fighting efficiency, thus glorifying this year as an epochal year of successfully carrying out the grandiose fighting programme set forth at the Eighth Congress of the WPK and further developing the WPK into the powerful militant general staff of the Juche revolution and the ever-victorious party. -0-
