Greetings to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un from Vietnamese party leader and President

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a message of greetings sent by To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, and Luong Cuong, President of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, on the 4th on the occasion of the 77th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
The message said:
The Vietnamese party, state and people highly estimate the important successes made by the fraternal Korean Party, state and people over the past 77 years, send congratulations to them and, at the same time, firmly believe that the fraternal Korean people will open a new origin of prosperity and development by continuously achieving with success the goals and tasks for socio-economic development presented by the Eighth Party Congress under the leadership of the WPK headed by the respected General Secretary and President of the State Affairs Kim Jong Un.
The two countries set 2025 marking the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations as a "year of the Viet Nam-DPRK friendship", which made this year a year of great significance for both countries and in the history of bilateral relations.
We think it a pleasure that the traditional friendly relations between the two parties and the two countries are constantly consolidated and developed and, in particular, an important progress is made after General Secretary and President of the State Affairs Kim Jong Un's official goodwill visit to Viet Nam in March 2019.
Viet Nam desires to contribute to the regional and global peace, stability, cooperation and development by jointly developing the cooperative relations between the two parties and the two countries more substantially and effectively in the interests of the people of each country together with the DPRK side and is ready for the purpose.
Extending friendly greetings to Kim Jong Un, the message wished him good health, the DPRK prosperity and its people happiness, and expressed the hope to meet him as soon as possible.
