Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- The Ryugyong Dental Hospital is well known among the DPRK people as a modern medical service center in the Munsu area of Pyongyang.
The hospital has rendered medical service to the patients while carrying out scientific researches for over 10 years since its inauguration (October, 2013).
In this period, the hospital established advanced treatment methods, developed materials highly effective for treatment, invented medical appliances and supplies, thus achieving many successes in the treatment of patients.
It developed the hospital information system to put all its activities such as reception of the patients and treatment as well as the hospital management on an IT basis, published many books conducive to the development of medical science and education and produced many holders of academic degrees.
The hospital, which was highly appreciated at the "Symposium on Medical Science-2025" held this year, has also engaged in the field treatment activities and intensified the work of passing-on technique for medical workers of Kusong City Hospital and Kangdong County Hospital according to a phased plan.
The hospital is associated with the warm loving care of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who spares nothing for the people.
In September 2013, when he visited the hospital nearing completion, he went round the emergency treatment room, materials preparation room, pharmacy and others. And he noted that the hospital was built in a cosy way and he was satisfied with everything, and personally named it.
And he set forth important tasks for its completion and operation so as to grant substantial benefits to the people.
True to his noble intention, the hospital is making greater progress in medical service, management and operation to substantially contribute to the promotion of the people's health. -0-
