Pyongyang, November 13 (KCNA) -- There took place the 2025 autumn aesthetic symposium in the urban management sector at the Sci-Tech Complex in the DPRK on Nov. 12.
Attending the symposium, themed "Comprehensive national rejuvenation and urban management", were officials, scientists and technicians from the sectors of urban management, land and environment protection and construction in Pyongyang and all the provinces.
A video of the successes made in urban management in Pyongyang Municipality was shown at the symposium.
Speakers said that substantial progress is being made in the work to satisfactorily solve the problem of the domestic water for Pyongyang citizens, manage rural dwellings, spruce up villages, treat sewage and create landscaping amid the vigorous struggle for perfectly implementing the Workers' Party of Korea's policy on urban management and its programme for the rural revolution in the new era.
They expressed their resolve to steadily develop urban management by actively introducing the latest technology and experience and to fulfill their responsibility and duty in providing the people with more convenient and cultured living conditions and environments.
Then the participants watched a video of advanced sewage treatment technology. -0-
