Pyongyang, November 17 (KCNA) -- The Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement is the highest level of campaign that directly puts forward the supreme programme of the Workers' Party of Korea on modeling the whole society on Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as its fighting slogan, and it is a movement involving all the people across the country.
The movement started in November 1975 and its validity and vitality had been proved in the historic course of the revolution and construction under the energetic leadership of Chairman Kim Jong Il . It has been further developed in depth to a new high stage in the new era of the Juche revolution, serving as a driving force for accelerating the overall development and comprehensive prosperity of Korean-style socialism.
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un in his historic letter to those attending the Fourth Conference of Frontrunners in the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement "Let Us Bring About a Fundamental Turn in the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement in Line with the Demands of the Developing Revolution" and other works clearly indicated the orientation and ways for bringing about a revolutionary turn in the Three-Revolution Red Flag Movement.
True to the important tasks set forth in his historic works, the mass movement for bringing about a great upsurge in the three spheres of ideology, technology and culture has been conducted briskly in cities and counties and at complexes. A large number of units won the Three-Revolution Red Flag this significant year marking the 80th founding anniversary of the WPK.
Party organizations in the sector of the key industry, which constitutes the main lifeline of the national economy, aroused officials, Party members and other working people to win the Three-Revolution Red Flag and intensified policy-oriented and political guidance so that its might could be fully displayed in the struggle to implement the Party's policies.
The sectors of the building-materials industry, agriculture and light industry also made a striking progress by pushing ahead with the three revolutions.
The mass movement for bringing about a great change in the three spheres of ideology, technology and culture as required by the era of overall development of socialism was conducted briskly in the fields of scientific research and education. -0-
