He stressed the need to conduct a vigorous research into home production of raw and other materials needed for the production of athletic apparatuses.
An official of the factory told Kim Jong Un that teachers and researchers of a university ensured 70 percent of adhesive needed for the production of balls with our own materials.
Hearing his reply, Kim Jong Un said what is important is its quality and that only when the quality of the equipment, raw and other materials made in our country reaches the international standard, can we estimate that they are locally available, adding that officials should have a correct understanding of the home production.
At that time, the officials of the factory had a view that home production precisely means the equipment, raw and other materials produced at home.
Kim Jong Un corrected the wrong view of the officials.
Bearing in mind his teachings on the standard of home production, the officials of the factory were determined to fulfill their responsibility and duty in realizing the home production of athletic apparatuses. -0-
