A film show and seminar on exploits took place at the embassy of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in China on the 16th on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the demise of the great leader Kim Jong Il. Present there were families of those related to the anti-Japanese revolution.
The participants placed a floral basket and bouquets before the portraits of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and paid homage to them.
They also watched a video program showing the glorious journey of the Workers' Party of Korea which has written the history of 80 years of selfless, devoted efforts for the good of the people and the remarkable development of the DPRK.
Speeches were made at the seminar.
Speakers praised General Kim Jong Il as an outstanding leader who devoted himself to the prosperity and development of the DPRK and the happiness of the people all his life, defended the national sovereignty and dignity and constantly advanced the socialist cause while overcoming the trials and difficulties.
They said the DPRK is evoking admiration and envy of the world people as a great country where the dream and ideal of the people come true and a rapid progress is made under the wise leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
