Pyongyang, January 23 (KCNA) -- A meeting for declaring the socialist competition between the Ragwon County Offshore Farm and the Sinpho City Offshore Farm for sea culture promotion took place in Hamhung City on Thursday.
Present there were Pak Hyon Chol, chairman of the South Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee, officials concerned and officials of the competition units.
The participants were briefed on the greatness of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who made sure that new iconic offshore farms were successfully built in Sinpho City and Ragwon County.
Rules of the socialist competition were announced to be followed by a concluding speech.
The speaker called on the officials and employees of the competition units to help and learn from each other through intensive socialist emulation, boost the per-hectare yield and raise the quality of products, thus making a genuine contribution to improving the people's standard of living. -0-
