Pyongyang, February 3 (KCNA) -- The rural areas across the DPRK are undergoing changes one after another to present new scenery of civilization all the year round, thanks to the steady implementation of the new programme for the rural revolution in the new era set forth by the Workers' Party of Korea. Against this backdrop, Samgwang-ri of Unjon County in North Phyongan Province has turned into a modern stockbreeding base and beautiful socialist ideal land to greet the auspicious moment of its inauguration.

Fashionable houses are standing in rows adding to the sentiments peculiar to the countryside in the fairyland villages, alongside different branch farms, processing grounds, breeding blocks, cultural and welfare establishments, solar power station, office building, house of culture, kindergarten, school, hospital, pharmacy and other public buildings. They are all impeccable in terms of architectural beauty and magnificent for being in good harmony. The stockbreeding farm is a model of the era to be proud of, which set a new standard in the socialist rural construction and the development of the livestock farming.

The eye-opening transformation in Samgwang area clearly showing the rapid development of the socialist countryside is proud fruition of the noble devotion of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who is confidently ushering in a bright future of Korean-style socialism with his outstanding ideas, theory and energetic leadership and another clear proof of the validity and vitality of the WPK's policy on rural construction.

An inauguration ceremony of the Samgwang Stockbreeding Farm under the North Phyongan Provincial Rural Economy Committee, built as a model of socialist rural construction and development of livestock farming in the new era, was held with splendour on February 2.

Kim Jong Un , general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, attended the ceremony.

All the participants raised stormy cheers of "Hurrah!" out of their deep reverence for the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , the benevolent father of all the people who is bringing about a new appearance of great prosperity, in which all the rural areas across the country change and thrive, by making endless journey of devotion day and night with his warmest love for the country and the people.

Present at the ceremony were leading officials of the Party, government and armed forces organs and other members of the central leadership body of the Party, officials of North Phyongan Province and Unjon County, working people and employees of the farm.

Kim Jong Un made a historic speech in commemoration of the inauguration of the Samgwang Stockbreeding Farm.

Today we are witnessing another unique development of the socialist countryside oriented to progressiveness and modernity at the newly-built Samgwang Stockbreeding Farm, he said, adding this is a new standard and epitome clearly showing the level of transformation and degree of change we aspire to.

He referred to the purpose and important significance of the construction of the Samgwang Stockbreeding Farm, which was started to pioneer a new starting point and innovative standard for the future development of the countryside and stockbreeding in the light of the lessons learned from the rural construction in the past.

Samgwang-ri clearly indicates the prospect of the socialist rural development we are going to achieve and we should bring the rural development to the phase of new substantial change by expanding the experience and successes accumulated in the course of building the Samgwang Stockbreeding Farm, he said, specifying different tasks for implementing the socialist rural development policy and definitely turning the livestock farming of the country into a modern one of world level.

When Kim Jong Un finished his speech, all the participants raised enthusiastic cheers with great emotion and pleasure of receiving the immortal guidelines indicating the clear strategy for the enlarged implementation of the WPK's programme for the rural revolution and the development of stockbreeding in the new era.

Kim Jong Un extended warm congratulations to the residents in the region who came to lead a blessed life in the place wonderfully transformed into a socialist paradise.

He, together with leading officials, went round the first branch of the Samgwang Stockbreeding Farm, protected cultivation floor, milk production ground, etc.

Watching the delightful picture in which milk cows and goats of supra-species are being bred, he said that the main thing in stockbreeding is also breed and it is needed to establish a nationwide system of providing supra species and conduct the work to preserve pure breeds in a scientific way.

He said that it is necessary to positively introduce such advanced stock-breeding technology as an intelligent management system of individual cow, goat, sheep and others and steadily perfect the Korean-style livestock production system and IT system.

In line with the intention of the Party which set as the five-point link in the development of stockbreeding the securement of supra-species, full supply of fodder, scientific raising and tending and thorough epizootic prevention together with the work of putting production and management control on an IT and intelligent basis, the farm should direct big efforts to lowering the production cost and improving the quality of products by optimizing and modernizing the technical control, management of equipment, raising and tending and management of fodder and thus ensure that the validity and vitality of the WPK's stockbreeding policy are proved by clear production result in the future, too.

Saying that scientific stockbreeding precisely means the increased production of livestock products, he stressed that the farm should steadily usher in a new phase of the development of stockbreeding and make uninterrupted innovations and progress, regarding it as a priority task to bolster up the scientific and technological capabilities in the production, management and operation.

The Samgwang Stockbreeding Farm should become a standard-bearer standing in the van of the whole country under the uplifted banner for implementing the Party's stockbreeding policy, he said, giving precious instructions for the management control of the farm including the issue of steadily developing the technology for recycling waste, the issue of creating new standards in the analysis and control of quality and the issue of stirring up the atmosphere of competitive development as well as exchange of experience among major stockbreeding farms.

He said that like this farm, modern and industrialized elements are being now positively introduced in rural areas and it is necessary to positively promote such trend and make it a policy. Noting that it is the enlarging and deepening of the programme for the rural revolution in the new era to develop the country's stockbreeding in a specialized way including the integration of production system at stockbreeding farm, the increase of veterinary medicine production and the establishment of a new stockbreeding information technology research unit, he clarified the ways for its implementation.

He learned about the milk production at the farm.

Appreciating that the farm is ensuring the environment of stabilized production and profitability through introduction of an intelligent milk production system based on the virtual physical production system, he said that lots of good experiences conducive to putting the production line on an intelligent and IT basis have been created recently, and this work should be steadily developed with a clear purposeful orientation.

Having a taste of milk product, he said that it tastes better than the products made in the capital city and it is very great for the unknown farm to mass-produce 10-odd kinds of milk products such as butter, cheese, milk powder and yoghurt. He added that he feels great pride to think that such good milk products would be supplied to the children and people.

Enjoying the picturesque panorama of the farm including modern rural dwelling houses, he said with pleasure that it is wonderful and it is a deep and quiet landscape arousing a sentiment peculiar to the region and that the Samgwang Stockbreeding Farm is a model edifice which can represent the socialist rural area in the new era and an ideal cultural farm to the envy of a town.

Noting that to spruce up all the rural villages of the country to be clear in its Korean-style socialist nature and regional characteristics is a strategically important plan prioritized by the Party in order to provide the rural villagers with good living environment and achieve the overall development of the country, he said that if modern villages boasting of their unique architectural beauty are built one year after another in the countryside, not only the living environment of the agricultural workers but also their ideological consciousness and civilization level will undergo an epochal change along with transformation in the appearance of the country.

Calling for building the rural villages to be impeccable without a parallel even in the distant future and to be advantageous in all aspects, he expressed his unshakable will to more strongly and confidently propel the overall development of the countryside.

Recalling that a model greenhouse vegetable farm was built in the area of the Wihwa Island and a new standard of stockbreeding development was set in the Samgwang area, he said it is the Korean-style traditional development mode and law to create a model and generalize it to the whole country. When this is well embodied in an organic manner in the construction of rural villages and regions, more epochal progress will be made in the implementation of the Party's programme for the rural revolution in the new era and policy of regional development, he added.

He stressed the need to further enhance the sense of mission and responsibility for the revolutionary cause and redouble their efforts to intensify the state guidance on the rural and regional construction, promote its constant development and ensure the state-sponsored investment and support, thus making sure that the rural construction policy and regional development policy of the Party become a historical review adding a proud page to the nation-building history.

Looking round the smart and cozy rural dwellings, breeding blocks, milk-producing ground and educational and leisure facilities, members of the central leadership body of the Party were assured of the rosier future of the socialist countryside that will prosper with each passing day under the outstanding guidance of Kim Jong Un and renewed their pledge to more creditably fulfill their duty in implementing the Party policies.

The inauguration of the Samgwang Stockbreeding Farm strikingly demonstrated the ambition and executive power of the WPK to transform all the rural villages of the country into the ideal ones under socialism, good to live and work in, and marked an epochal turning point of great significance in putting the national stockbreeding on an advanced basis. -0-
