Preparations are brisk in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea for the 3rd People's Art Festival for Celebrating February 16.
The organizational committee of the festival is accelerating the preparations with main stress on powerfully demonstrating all over the world the firm faith and will of the entire people to hold the great leader Kim Jong Il in high esteem as their eternal leader and build a powerful socialist country of Juche on this land under the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un during the 3rd People's Art Festival for Celebrating February 16.
The committee made a detailed outline of organizing the festival including themes and genres of works to be put on the stages of the festival and made preliminary examination for selecting participant units on a high level.
At present, the organizations that will take part in the festival are further perfecting their works in close contact with the organizational committee of the festival.
The festival will be held at theatres and houses of culture in the capital city and provinces and bring together members of mobile artistic motivational teams across the country and art circle members of ministries, national agencies, factories and farms.
Diplomas, cups and prizes will be awarded to the excellent organizations and individuals at the festival.
