Pyongyang, February 17 (KCNA) — Dancing parties of youth and students were held in the DPRK on Feb. 16 to celebrate the 84th birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.
The participants in the dancing party in the capital city had a circle dance amid the playing of cheerful songs “A Dear Name” and “Greeting Spring on Jong Il Peak”.
They paid the highest glory to the Chairman who valued and loved our young people most and made a great history of attaching importance to the youth on this land in the whole period of the revolutionary leadership.
While dancing to the tune of songs such as “Glory to Our Great Party” and “Cheers of the People”, they were filled with happiness and pride of being guided by the respected fatherly Marshal Kim Jong Un who has ushered in a dynamic phase of comprehensive development of the state with his gigantic leadership practice while translating the people’s dreams and ideals into brilliant reality.
The mood of the dancing party revved up amid the playing of songs reflecting the will to display the noble name of the patriotic youth in every theater of creation and increased production with the fighting spirit and traits peculiar to the Korean youth, regarding the love and trust of the motherly Party as the most valuable asset for life.
Similar dancing parties of youth and students took place in provincial seats, cities and counties on the same day.
