Pyongyang, March 21 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun says in an article on Saturday that the absolutely people-oriented character is the essence of the policies pursued by the Workers' Party of Korea and greatness peculiar to it.
Herein lies the main secret of the WPK, which has won only victory in any difficulty, trial and adversity, and the philosophy of the immortal vitality of the WPK's policies, the article notes, and goes on:
First of all, the absolutely people-oriented character of the WPK's policies is being clearly displayed in firmly defending and ensuring the dignity, rights and interests of the people.
The dignity of the people and safety of their lives are the most important affair for the WPK as they should not be slightly violated but thoroughly defended in any case.
The WPK's policies are consistent with the steadfast spirit of serving the people whereby top priority is always given to the work for promoting their wellbeing.
