The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un is always concerned to improve the diet of the people.
On January 14, 2017, he visited the newly-built Kumsanpho Fish Pickling Factory and said with satisfaction that the factory located in a marine ecologically clean place free from pollution looks marvellous both nearby and in the distance.
An official of the factory, however, was quite concerned because he felt a lack of technical force and had no idea of managing the factory properly.
Reading his inmost thoughts, Kim Jong Un encouraged him to have confidence and clarified the bright ways to manage the factory.
By the way, another source of trouble weighed heavily upon his mind.
Lecturer Kim Hyang Bok at the Korean Revolution Museum said the trouble was that there was nowhere to learn the experience or technology in fish pickling, and continued:
"Listening to his trouble, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said he had asked around and would inform him of a good news, and went on:
I entrusted you with the construction of the fish pickling factory which cannot be found in the world in order to improve the diet of the people and service personnel. How can I look on with folded arms? We should overcome the difficulties together step by step. Otherwise, we can't realize the dreams and ideals of the people."
That day, Kim Jong Un said a factory is most developed in the field of fish pickling and necessary employees of the Kumsanpho Fish Pickling Factory should learn various techniques and experiences from the officials and technicians of that factory.
As he regarded the dreams and ideals of the people as his cherished desire, he put forward plans and indicated specific ways to make them happier.
