Comrade Choe Son Hui, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), received a congratulatory message from Comrade Thongsavanh Phomvihane, Deputy Prime Minister and concurrently Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, on March 26.
In the message, he extended congratulations to Comrade Choe Son Hui on her reappointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs at the First Session of the 15 th Supreme People’s Assembly of the DPRK.He hoped that the agreements reached at the summit meeting of the two countries in October 2025 would be successfully carried out to further develop the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries with a long tradition, bring substantial benefits to the peoples of the two countries and promote regional and global peace, stability, cooperation and sustainable development.
