Ryanggang Province is putting efforts into increasing the production of building materials needed for the regional construction and the rural construction and improving their quality by using the locally available raw-material resources.
Some time ago, the Ryanggang Provincial Headquarters for Rural Construction organized an exhibition of finishing building materials. Highly estimated at the exhibition were diverse building parts made by a number of city and county construction brigades with locally available raw materials.
With it as a momentum, experiences are exchanged between the building materials producers and the enthusiasm for introduction of advanced technology gets higher. Amidst it, Phungso and Samsu counties and other regions are increasing the production of building materials including artificial slates, heat reserving blocks and roofing tiles by the locally available raw materials.
