Pyongyang, September 24 (KCNA) -- The France-Korea Friendship Association posted an article on its website on Sept. 10.
The article said:
The DPRK successfully carried out the nuclear warhead explosion test on Sept. 9, its 68th founding anniversary.
The country has bolstered up its nuclear deterrence to react to the ceaseless sanctions against it and the moves to stifle it.
It has turned down the unilateral denuclearization imposed on it.
It considers that strength does not belong only to the assailant.
Therefore, the racket to impose sanctions on the DPRK will incur greater danger.
The U.S. and its vassal forces had better accept the DPRK's proposal for dialogue rather than impose sanctions on the DPRK.
