Pyongyang, July 24 (KCNA) -- Some hooligans of Japan seriously broke the window of the front door of the Korean kindergarten in Tsurumi under the Kanagawa Prefectural Headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) at dawn of July 18.
This case was not accidental at all as it was caused directly by the Abe regime's hostile policy toward the DPRK and Chongryon, not merely by some intruders, says Rodong Sinmun Tuesday in a commentary.
The commentary goes on:
The case is, in essence, similar to the shooting spree case which occurred outside the Chongryon Central Hall in February, an unpardonable act of terrorism.
The DPRK can never overlook the fact that the life and security of children of the Koreans in Japan are exposed to a serious threat by the Japanese reactionaries.
To socially protect children is an elementary issue pertaining to humanitarianism. Threat to their life is strictly banned under international law.
However, the Japanese reactionaries even stretch their tentacles of crime to children, not content with committing utterly base and evil deeds against the organizations of Chongryon and Koreans in Japan.
This is just the height of atrocities against human rights, which can be perpetrated only by the despicable dastards of an island country.
The DPRK will closely watch how the Japanese regime probes the truth and punishes those behind the case and takes a step for preventing its reoccurrence. -0-
