As to the occurrence of an unsavoury event that should not have happened in the current state of inter-Korean relations, the DPRK side on September 25 informed the south Korean side of the details of an incidence after investigation, and true to the intention of its supreme leadership, it took more security measures in order to make sure that no more incident spoiling the relations of trust and respect between the north and the south would happen in any case, according to a report of KCNA on Sunday.
The DPRK is reportedly going to organize a search operation in the whole of southwestern waters and west coastal areas and considering the procedures and ways of handing over any tide-brought corpses to the south side according to the established practice in case it finds them during the operation.
But, according to the report by the western fleet of the Navy of the Korean People's Army, the south side has mobilized many vessels including warships to an action presumed to be a search operation and let them intrude into the DPRK's territorial waters since September 25, the report said, adding this has aroused the DPRK's due vigilance as it might lead to another unpleasant incident.
The DPRK side does not care whether or not the south side conducts any kind of search operation in its territorial waters, but it can never overlook any intrusion into its territorial waters, the report noted, seriously warning the south side against the trespass.
It added that the DPRK side urged the south side to immediately discontinue intruding across the military demarcation line in the west sea that may cause new tension.
