Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- A vigorous campaign for recovery from damage by typhoon and flood is being staged in North Hwanghae, Kangwon, North and South Hamgyong provinces, etc. as the one involving the entire Party, the state and all the people. Such proud reality can be seen only in our country where the whole society was turned into a large socialist family, says Rodong Sinmun Monday in an article.

It is no wonder that a country with the firm public traits of helping and caring for each other to overcome difficulties always emerges victorious, full of vigor and vitality, in any adversity.
Our people add glory to the large socialist family by waging devoted struggle and displaying virtues, upholding Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un as their father. It comes to be a trend peculiar to our society that everyone becomes a member of the family to share joy and sorrow, encourage each other and build a beautiful life with love and affections.
The noble spiritual and moral virtue and traits of our people are being fully displayed in the on-going recovery campaign. Party members and people in the capital city and service personnel are taking the lead in the recovery campaign and working people across the country rendering material and moral assistance to flood victims, all of which firmly unites our people's mind with affections.
