Pyongyang, September 28 (KCNA) -- A vigorous campaign for recovery from damage by typhoon and flood is being staged in North Hwanghae, Kangwon, North and South Hamgyong provinces, etc. as the one involving the entire Party, the state and all the people. Such proud reality can be seen only in our country where the whole society was turned into a large socialist family, says Rodong Sinmun Monday in an article.

Party members and people in the capital city and service personnel are taking the lead in the recovery campaign and working people across the country rendering material and moral assistance to flood victims, all of which firmly unites our people's mind with affections.
