As demands for dried flower arrangements grow, more and more people visit the flower exhibition hall in Pyongyang’s Pothonggang District every day.
The dried flower goods preserving the beautiful colours and shapes of blooming flowers can be kept for a long time and are convenient to carry and therefore they are more economical than fresh flowers that need to be replaced very often. You can also decorate any place with them in various styles irrespective of season.
At the hall 11 kinds of dried flowers such as rose, tulip and carnation are provided in a frame, flower vase, vacuum glass globe, basket and various other forms of arrangements.
“We sell various goods to meet the individual tastes of customers and also provide service to order. Newlyweds seek dried flowers for decorating rooms and many others put in orders for those for birthday, wedding and other presents,” said saleswoman Kang Hye Rim.
