He said: Despite the difficult conditions and environment, all the personnel built single-story and low-story houses for hundreds of families and rehabilitated roads and rivers not affected by any flood through the drive of loyalty, fierce all-night campaign and dynamic blitzkrieg, burning their hearts with the pledge of faith to implement the noble plan of the Party Central Committee even at the cost of their lives.

They devoted their pure loyalty and conscience to the housing construction and helped the people in the afflicted areas both physically and spiritually, always thinking of the questions where the Party members should be and what they must do when the country has a hard time and is undergoing sufferings.

The reporter expressed a resolve of the entire Party members of the capital city to more fully display the matchless militancy and courage in the all-out charge for victoriously concluding the 80-day campaign of loyalty in the fighting spirit demonstrated in the campaign for damage rehabilitation and materializing the grand programme to be presented at the Eighth Party Congress.

He described the personnel of the divisions of Party members of the capital city as the vanguard fighters and victorious heroes and heroines who have proudly written a page in the history of the glorious Party and showed in practice how our Party members should resolutely defend the Party Central Committee.

He said the feats of the hardcore Party members of the capital city are a heroic deed which confirmed that there is no fortress not to be occupied in the world when the Party members fill their hearts with the idea of the Party and are roused to action and demonstrated the socialist customs with which the whole country is overcoming the trials in unity.

He called upon the entire personnel of the divisions to powerfully demonstrate the spirit of constant innovation and continued progress at their revolutionary posts and thus further glorify the honour of the Party members of the capital city trusted most by the Party Central Committee in the revolutionary advance toward the Eighth Party Congress.
