The personnel of the elite divisions of Party members of the capital city returned to Pyongyang on the 20th, who have wrought heroic miracles and brought about a victory at the most difficult sites of damage rehabilitation in South and North Hamgyong Provinces in response to the ardent call of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Officials of the Party and government organs and working people in South and North Hamgyong Provinces warmly sent off those members of the divisions leaving for Pyongyang.
Entering the Pyongyang Railway Station were the trains carrying the hardcore Party members, the patriots coming back in triumph.
They were warmly greeted by Pak Thae Dok and Kim Yong Chol, Vice-Chairmen of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Kim Yong Hwan, Chairman of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the WPK, senior officials of the Party Central Committee and officials in the city.
Party and administrative officials of the units concerned presented them with bouquets and flowers.
The victorious heroes and heroines were greeted by their families and relatives.
Lots of citizens warmly welcomed the vanguard fighters in streets.
The streets of the capital city were astir with cheers of people welcoming them who wonderfully built new villages and houses in damaged areas through decisive struggle.
