The personnel of the elite divisions of Party members of the capital city returned to Pyongyang on the 20th, who have wrought heroic miracles and brought about a victory at the most difficult sites of damage rehabilitation in South and North Hamgyong Provinces in response to the ardent call of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
