In the DPRK there is a house associated with dream of schoolchildren. It is the Songdowon International Children’s Camp frequented not only by schoolchildren in the DPRK but those from different countries in the world.
The camp that brings happiness to children is a fairyland full of delight and pleasure and, at the same time, a house of hope which makes them dream of the future.
Surprising realities of the DPRK, where the children are regarded as the king of the country and their dreams come true, cause a big sensation of the international community.
Russian website “Patriots of Moscow” introduced the Pyongyang Baby Home and the Pyongyang Orphanage as follows…
The Pyongyang Baby Home and Orphanage built on the bank of the picturesque Taedong River are fully equipped with conditions necessary for orphans’ life.
Nurses, kindergarteners, doctors and many others always take responsible care of them.
This is unbelievable with the western view of value.
In every country, orphans are regarded as those who show the darkest side of the state and society.
However, the orphans in the DPRK receive all benefits and preferential treatments.
Not a single shadow can be seen on the faces of the orphans who are growing up happily without any worries.
The DPRK’s future is bright and rosy, indeed.
