Foreign personages of different sections paid a congratulatory visit to the DPRK missions in their countries on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star, the birth anniversary of the great leader
Kim Jong Il

The
visitors included the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the
Nepal Communist Party(Marxist-Leninist) who is former Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of
Nepal, the General Secretary of the
Arab Democratic Union Party of Syria, the Chairman of the
Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany, the Secretary General of the Society
for the Promotion of the Relations between Austria and the DPRK and
other figures of different circles of Nepal, Bangladesh, Syria,
Laos, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Ethiopia, Senegal, Equatorial Guinea and the Democratic Congo. They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the smiling portraits of the great leaders
Kim Il Sung
and
Kim Jong Il
and their joint pictures and paid tribute to them.
Meanwhile, DPRK missions were presented with a floral basket in the joint name of the Finnish Communists’
League, the Finland-Korea Society and the Finnish National Committee for the Study of the Juche
Idea and with bouquets by the Khabarovsk Territorial Committee of the Communist Party of
the Russian Federation, the Denmark-DPRK
Friendship Association and the
Director of the Central Secretariat of the People's Party of Pakistan on the same occasion.
