Lighting festival "Wonders of Light--2021" opened in the capital city Pyongyang on the 18th on the occasion of the Day of the Sun, the greatest holiday of the nation when the great leader
Kim Il Sung
was born.
The area around Pyongyang Department Store No. 1 and Jangdae Hill was crowded with citizens who had come to enjoy the festival from early evening.
The festival which started with the display of the title "Wonders of Light--2021" and the letters "The Day of the Sun" and "April 15" showed the proud reality of the socialist country ushering in the era of new development, the era of our state-first principle under the leadership of the great Workers' Party of Korea and the worthwhile struggle and life of the Korean people shaping a beautiful future with creation and construction.
The peculiar lighting festival was applauded by the spectators.
