The workers of the complex are making uninterrupted innovations after fulfilling this year's first quarterly and April plans for pig iron, steel and rolled steel production through cooperation and competition.
In hearty response to the appeal, workers of different units in metallurgical industry have made signal progress in fulfilling their national economic plans for the first quarter of the year and April.
The workers of the February 8 Vinalon Complex over-fulfilled their first quarterly and April plans for producing vinalon and caustic soda.
The Pukchang Thermal Power Complex?and other thermal power plants have increased the output of electricity.
An intensive collective emulation campaign has been waged among the complexes in the sector of coal industry. So dozens of youth shock brigades have completed their yearly or first half-yearly national economic plans ahead of schedule.
The railway transport sector over-fulfilled its first quarterly and April freight transport plans and ensured the transport of important materials through a drive for extra-haulage on schedule without accident and inter-unit socialist emulation campaign.
Light industry, agriculture and other sectors directly linked with the people's living have made successes since the start of the first year for implementing the 5-year plan.
Collective emulation drives are being waged in the whole of the construction site of 10,000 flats in Pyongyang.
