The Korean scientists say in unison that science has no frontiers, but they have the socialist motherland. That's why they are devoting themselves to scientific pursuit for prosperity of the country. The respected Kim Jong Un visited the State Academy of Sciences in January Juche 103(2014). He expressed a great satisfaction that scientists and technicians achieved many sci-tech successes by devoting all their wisdom and passion. He said there is nothing to spare for the scientists and technicians, valuable treasures of the country, and that apartment houses for scientists would be built in the Unjong area for scientists with the State Academy of Sciences. After winding up his field guidance to the State Academy of Sciences, he called at the Lake Yonphung where a scientists holiday camp will be built to confirm its site finally. This is how the construction of apartment houses and holiday camp for scientists started. On October 13 that year Kim Jong Un visited the newly-built Wisong Scientists Residential District. Looking round the flats, he said that if they are furnished with colour TV set, quilts and household utensils, the scientists
could live there without bringing anything. He also said with pleasure that good parks had been built for the scientists to relax themselves. That day he said: We have built the Wisong Scientists
Residential District in order to let the scientists make scientific researches without any inconveniences. Our scientists are patriots who are devoting themselves to building a powerful country with the faith that science has no frontiers, but they have the socialist motherland and the motherly Party for their eternal life. There is nothing to spare for them. We should treasure and treat them preferentially and always take care of them. When he visited the completed Yonphung Scientists Holiday Camp on October 21, Kim Jong Un said it is a gold cushion provided by the Workers' Party of Korea for the scientists, and continued: Let them enjoy themselves here to relieve their pent-up fatigue. Thanks to his warm love, the Wisong Scientists
Residential District and the Yonphung Scientists Holiday Camp were inaugurated in significant October marking the founding anniversary of the WPK. They were the gifts given by the motherly Party to the scientists. Science has no frontiers, but our scientists have the socialist motherland and the motherly Party. This was the truth that they felt through their life experience.
