Pyongyang, August 10 (KCNA) -- Despite the harsh trials and difficulties unprecedented in history, true humanity and noble morality and ethics are preserved and the sound social atmosphere is revved up. This is the proud picture that can be seen only in the DPRK overflowing with virtues and affection, says Rodong Sinmun Tuesday in an article.
It goes on:
The great strength of our state making leaps forward in the face of hardship and the driving power of Juche Korea advancing full of vigor and vitality would be unthinkable without virtues and affection pervading the whole society.
To make the fine socialist traits of helping and leading one another with virtues and affection prevail in the country is a prerequisite for preserving the true nature of our society based on collectivism and giving full play to its advantages and might.
The Korean revolution has entered a new stage of development along with the passage of time. However, the key to performing miracles and the secret of overcoming difficulties still lie in fully displaying the strength of society which is harmonious and united with virtues and affection.
When everyone dedicates himself to society and collective, our great state and people, and fulfills his duty as a citizen, valuing the state affairs more than his family ones, practical changes and substantial successes can be made in the on-going struggle for bringing about a fresh victory in socialist construction.
