Pyongyang, September 22 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun on Wednesday says in an article that the victorious advance of Korean-style socialism will be further accelerated if all the people enhance their political and class awareness.
High political and class awareness of the popular masses is the motive power that advances revolution, the article says, and goes on:
Without firm faith in the validity of the cause of socialism and inevitability of its victory and strong-minded will unyielding to the enemy and difficulties, one cannot embark on the road of revolution nor follow it to the last.
The victory of revolution is the one of idea and faith, and political and class awareness makes revolutionaries who they really are.
With the advance of revolution and the development of the struggle one should keep vigilance over people getting idle and relaxed in their ideology.
If one is dull in political and class awareness, one cannot identify friend from foe but vacillate in the face of trifling difficulties and give up the revolutionary and class struggle in the end.
Such ideological slackness and mental idleness would lead socialism to frustration and collapse.
Today, the Korean people are overcoming unheard-of trials and difficulties.
When all the Korean people set their ideal around the plan of the leader and make strenuous efforts to achieve victory of the cause of socialism with the transparent class awareness, the Korean-style socialism can emerge victorious from any adversity.
