Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government and Minister ofForeign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Indonesia, the Foreign Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, the Foreign Minister of Romania, the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Serbia and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Overseas Compatriots of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
Warmly congratulating the 73rd founding anniversary of the DPRK, the messages expressed the expectation and belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and those countries would be further consolidated and developed in keeping with the demand of a new era.
