A joint celebration meeting took place in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on October 7 on the occasion of the 76th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Speeches were made by the chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Bangladesh, the chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Bangladesh National Socialist Party, the general secretary of the Bangladesh Institute of the Juche Idea and others.
They said that the WPK has developed into a steel-like party in which the leader's ideological and leadership system was firmly established with the great Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism as its sole guideline and into a veteran and experienced party leading the revolution and construction to victory and glory while enjoying absolute support and trust of the people.
The popular nature of the WPK, which has served the people since its founding, giving priority to the interests of the people, has never changed despite stern trials, and it is the steadfast will of the Party to take care of the people by shouldering their destiny to the last, they noted.
Under the wise leadership of the WPK, the Korean people are vigorously advancing towards a bright future in the face of hardship and trials, they added.
Saying that progressive political parties and people in Bangladesh firmly believe that the heroic Korean people would achieve greater successes in socialist construction by rallying close around H.E. Kim Jong Un, they expressed their invariable support for and solidarity with the Korean people in their struggle for implementing the decisions made at the Eighth Congress of the WPK.
