The North Phyongan Provincial Children's Union Camp was inaugurated on the 20th on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Present at the inaugural ceremony were Mun Kyong Dok, Chief Secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Party Committee, officials concerned, builders, teaching staff of the camp, schoolchildren and working people in Phihyon County.
A speaker at the ceremony said the officials and teaching staff of the camp should organize and guide the extracurricular activities of the campers in various ways and the schoolchildren should get wide knowledge and build up their physique during the camping in order to prepare themselves as the future masters to shoulder socialist Korea.
