The Third Enlarged Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea was held through video conferencing on the 21st.
Present at the meeting were members and alternate members of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea.
Officials of the Central Committee of the General Federation were on hand as observers.
The meeting discussed issues on thoroughly implementing the important tasks presented in the historic policy speech "On the Orientation of Present Struggle for a Fresh Development of Socialist Construction" made by the respected Kim Jong Un at the Fifth Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
Pak In Chol, Chairman of the Central Committee of the General Federation of Trade Unions of Korea, made a report, which was followed by speeches.
The meeting adopted a decision on the basis of the study of its draft.
