Preparations are being pushed ahead in Pyongyang for better landscaping it next year.

A project for producing apricot trees of good varieties such as Pyongyang white apricot by grafting is being pressed on at tree nurseries.
The Pyongyang Floriculture Institute and different floriculture stations in the city are all out tending young flowering plants for flower beds, flowerpot stands and mobile flowerpot stands.
Efforts are being made to plant more trees of coloration species in parks and pleasure grounds of several districts in order to create brighter and more cultured environment.
