The respected Kim Jong Un made a speech at the military parade for celebrating the 90th founding anniversary of the Korean People's Revolutionary Army.
He referred to the profound and great significance of the birth of the first genuine armed force of Korea 90 years ago in the history of the Korean revolution and the history of the Korean nation, and in the future development of the state and people, and said:
The arms of the revolution held up in the Paektu forest by the excellent sons and daughters of the Korean people were a great spirit of national independence and hope of the Korean nation; they were the great banner of unity and the motive force that loaded the tear-stained fists of the Koreans with the spirit of self-respect and powerful strength.
The socialist cause of Korean style will be invincible forever as long as the hearts of the entire service personnel of the armed forces of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea are strongly pulsating with the blood and precious soul of the revolutionary forerunners and the revolutionary armed forces are always standing in the van of the revolution as those with the idea and will of the Workers' Party of Korea and the strength of the state and people.
Kim Jong Un ardently called for waging a vigorous struggle for the well-being and happiness of our great people and for the everlasting glory and victory of our great state.
